Our company had a small incident where water had gotten into 2 light fixtures which-caused them to not function correctly. I called around to a few electricians and after no one answered happen to find HIGHTOWER ELECTRIC; firstly let me tell you they ANSWER THE PHONE! Jason answered my call and advised he would need to get his team there to take a look and see what exactly they need to do to get my client back up and running again. We got our client on the phone and coordinated everything ( such a piece of cake) which happened to be the very next morning. Jonathan was the tech that came out and he was extremely professional and thorough with our client and ON TIME! Honestly this could have gone horribly for us but we plan to add Jason and his team to our vendor list FOR SURE. It's hard to find people who care and have integrity with their work. Would recommend to Residential and Commercial to add HIGHTOWER ELECTRIC LLC to your list of Home Professionals No Doubt!!
Spoke with Jason set up appointment for following day , he advised me what first hour would cost. Next day Luis showed up on time, reviewed the electrical issues with me and immediately went to work. Diagnosed the issue was faulty GFI in garage and with my permission replaced . Luis was very professional. I would not hesitate to contact this company again in the future.
