I was suffering in the heat with a performing unit. It was removed and replaced with a new 3 ton dual stage unit. My experience was stellar from beginning to end. I’ll recommend Franks to anyone who needs HVAC services.Fernando, Jose, and Dionisio were great about the work and making sure to explain the new unit.
Kyle helped us out tremendously with our AC unit. Great service and work. Frank Gay tried to rip us off, but Franks Air Conditioning came through with the correct diagnosis and repair.
Fernando & D were very efficient, explained everything about the new unit. Asked several times if we had any questions about the new system. Left the area in the garage & the alley the way they found in, no mess or any issues. Glad to have cool air installed in 1 day. Thank you both for the excellent service provided.
