Just wanted to recommend- if y'all are looking for a roofing company - Don Schmidt Contracting & Roofing, Inc. is the company!! They have done 2 of my properties with them and they are reasonable, reliable, local and communicative. I highly recommend.
People are wonderful. The price very reasonable.
The product is excellent.
However...
I had rain gutters that did have to be removed. These were then thrown away without notifying me. When I asked about it I was told we will take care of it or I will find out or I will give you a contact. Different answers to the same question.
You win, I stopped asking and now I just post the issue.
So if you want answers, don't bother asking.
The roof does look nice though.
But now I have to pay more for rain gutters.
Adam, Allen, Ann and their field team at Don Schmidt did and excellent job re-roofing our boat house/shed. From start to finish they were both pofessional and personable. Their crew did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to have Don Schmidt work for me on future projects.
