I called Chuck the Plumber after hours for a copper pipe with a hole. Chuck returned my call within just a couple minutes. I explained my dilemma and sent him a couple photographs. Chuck was at my front door in 30 minutes and went right to work. Working with copper pipes is a lost art. Chuck fixed my plumbing problem in just over an hour. What an incredible craftsman. I recommend Chuck for any plumbing needs.
One of our shower faucets stopped working. We narrowed it down to replacing the shower cartridge. We shut the water off and attempted to fix it ourselves, but the cartridge broke in the process and we couldn't get it out. It was Saturday afternoon. I called a bunch of places. Most of them couldn't come today. Some would come today, but they would have to charge an expensive emergency fee. One came and said there would be no way to safely remove the cartridge without going through the wall, but they couldn't do it because of my specific pipes. I had called Chuck early on in the day and he had a few jobs to do. I told him I would try to get someone else to come out first since it was urgent. He said if I couldn't to let him know. I had no luck so I reached back out to him in the evening. He immediately replied and said he could try to get the cartridge out or at least cap my water line so I could turn the water back on. He came over and within an hour of hard work, got the rest of the cartridge out and put it all back together for me. He only charged me $80. He saved me a ton of time, money, and stress. I was very pleased with my service and so grateful for his help. I will definitely be calling Chuck if I need any plumbing services in the future.
