A little over a year ago I was having issues bending my neck in any direction due to a swollen hump that had formed and would not go away. My range of motion returned to normal and I could finally bend my neck in any direction, pain free! Using the Gonstead approach to adjust my spine came with so many other benefits that I did not expect. After a few months of adjustments I found pain relief in my wrist, knees, and lower back. We (family of 4) love this place and have been going here for 4 years. They are always kind and patient ❤. Our insurance (tricare) doesn't cover chiropractor care ? (they rather pay for pills and shots) but Brittany and Ty work with us and we are so glad we started care with them. I am off all my pain meds! They don't just help with your back care but also your whole body health, offering a wide range of advice and help. Plus they are easily reachable when I have questions. Since we've been seeing them, I've noticed a huge drop in time we spend at our pcm. We feel better emotionally and physically ❤️

The end of October I herniated a disc. I was in a lot of pain and contacted Avenue One Chiropractic. They were able to get me in right away. The staff was very helpful at assisting me with my limited movement. Dr. Ty did a full examination and listened to me about my concerns and pains. We came up with a plan that consisted of adjustments at the office and exercises at home. He had me up and moving in time to celebrate all the upcoming holidays with my family without all the pain. Dr. Ty and Avenue One Chiropractic are the only ones I would trust with my chiropractic care.
