My journey at Yoga Den has been truly special—more than a practice, it’s a place for mind, body, and connection.
All the teachers are excellent; these are the ones I’ve experienced. My first class with Mackenzie made me feel instantly at home—her approach is supportive and uplifting. Pam is warm and caring, creating a strong sense of community. Larisa is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Tasha, the manager, is accommodating and always willing to help.
Grateful for this welcoming space. If you’re in the World Golf area in Florida, I highly recommend taking a class.
There are 7 yoga studios within a short drive of my house but I choose to drive to Yoga Den World Golf Village. It's a much smaller studio than I am accustomed to, but the owner, Sara, is delightful, and the instructors are AMAZING. I make the 20+ minute trip up to the studio 3-4 days a week to take classes from Ashley, Traci, Larissa and Pam. The vibe is fantastic, there are several different types of classes to choose from and there is always plenty of parking.
Visiting my in-laws for two weeks and I wanted to continue my yoga practice and found this gem by their home. Sarah and kelly are AMAZING! Great energy. Also the studio is lovely, very clean as well as organized. Makes me want to move here!
