They were on time. The agent who came to give an estimate was on time snd very helpful letting us know what they would do. The person who came to clean was excellent and enjoyed her job. She did an excellent job and made sure carpets and rugs were clean!! We will definitely have them back on a regular schedule. The price was right!!
The crew that came to me , Harley and a young woman, was excellent!! They were on time, friendly, courteous, very quick and did an excellent job. Especially on my recliner which I thought I had ruined. Looks like new ?
We needed help putting up storm window coverings before Hurricane Ian. Stafford Restoration was very responsive and got to us quickly. As new Floridians we didn’t know what to expect from a hurricane. The guys were on time, charged a fair price, knowledgeable and gave us suggestions for our home. I would use them again.
