We recently completed our Mediterranean-style custom home in Ponte Vedra beach, Florida with Brandon Construction, LLC, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. After considering several general contractors in Northeast Florida, we chose Brandon for their reputation for quality construction—a must for coastal durability—and their ability to manage every detail of a truly custom design.
Beau from Brandon Construction was so responsive to my request to diiscuss a home extension we are exploring. He came fro the house and was really thorough in explaining the process and possibilities. He shared the good, the bad, and the ugly of doing a home extension project. We didn’t know where to start and Brandon Construction is able to work with us to do all the pre construction coordination need for a beach project and well any project. The meeting with Beau gave a us a real sense of what would have to happen, a sense of the cost, and the next steps. I could not recommend them more highly as you get started on your project.
