Our father Tom Stewart worked for St John’s. He passed unexpectedly this week. Yesterday my family & I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and what I now know was my Dads 2nd family. We were treated with such kindness, respect and care. The staff told stories about Dad, and we could feel the warmth and love in the room. We truly feel more at peace & appreciate everyone at St. John’s. They made the experience way more pleasant than we expected it to be. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
My mother's funeral was on September 14th. The attention to detail from the guest book to the programs and how my mother looked was phenomenal. I feared that she would be overly made up, but they paid attention to the pictures of her we provided, and she looked like herself. The staff, especially Jessica, were so attentive and thoughtful. While I would not want anyone to experience such heartbreak at the loss of a loved one, St. John's really went above and beyond and helped us be at ease down to the smallest detail. First of all I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home. Unfortunately, we lost my mother-in-love and in early June. Jessica Story, the funeral director, handled everything for me and my family. She and the staff are the reason why our family was able to make it through this heartbreaking day. Even with the chaos of COVID-19 happening, they made the day run as smoothly and stress free as possible. They blended in with our guest and you could tell they genuinely cared and want to help make everything seamless. Jessica went as far as giving me her personal cell number and advised me to call anytime. Its rare to receive that type of amazing customer service.
