The St Augustine VA Clinic is a modern facility with a friendly and helpful reception team. The building is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for patients. The staff is professional and respectful, providing good care to patients. While wait times can be lengthy, the clinic is efficient in sending patients to other locations if needed. Overall, patients are satisfied with the care they receive, although some have experienced issues with communication and response times.
I usually really like this VA clinic, but April of this year had a bad experience with the black lab tech. she was rude and when she was done drawing blood told me I could leave now, hateful tone.
My husband and I are both veterans. We were referred here from North Carolina in June. This clinic is not very accommodating. They don't have radiology, or pharmacy, or most of the things that you need. They have a lab, but you have to have an appointment. And it's almost impossible because they only have one person in the lab and it closes daily at 1:15 pm, which I find ridiculous. They have this option called community care, since we live over an hour, where those services are provided (Jacksonville). Which they have granted us. Entire process was very positive. Online and counter check-ins were efficient. Level of care was outstanding. I felt respected and staff made me feel they really cared about me and explained treatment and set up follow-up at a time convienent for me. I highly recommend this facility.
