NICOLE one of schedulers was just amazing how she handled my phone call. Very professional, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, just a pleasure to associate with. She booked both of my appointments with ease and made me well satisfied with the interaction.

I was here for my first visit today, my name is Dorothy , and everyone was great ! I like my new PCP and the nurse was as friendly as can be as was reception, I cant get over the reviews on here , so many ungrateful people on here when we are so lucky to even have access to health care.

Aza Health Saint Augustine is my primary care. I typically do telehealth visits, which is convenient, but there have been several occasions where my medications have taken months to refill and also several occasions where prior authorizations for critical medications were never completed. I still pay out-of-pocket for these prescriptions. I had called the office maybe 6-7 times to push my refills and authorizations through but no action was taken.

The most recent disappointment was when I booked a telehealth visit and the appointment line scheduled it for in-person by careless accident — I needed an urgent refill on 2 prescriptions. I ended up missing that appointment...read full review
