My Wife and I worked with both Sherri and Korey on my recent rental property in St Augustine. I live in NJ and was remote throughout the whole process. With that being said I needed a team I could trust and ease the stress for me. Sherri and Korey did that throughout the searching phase, locating the right property and throughout closing. However, even after the closing they still stood by my side. I used a construction loan so it took a few months for the project to be completed. I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation that I have for Korey during these months. He would check on the house/progress for me weekly. Make recommendations on different services I needed. He treated the house and project like it was his own and I couldn’t appreciate the hands on support enough. I recommend this team 12/10 and hope that I can soon use them again for another property.
