The doctor is excellent, hence the 5 stars. The person who answered the phone that s particular day and scheduled my appointment, not so much. She’s a solid half star. What an unfortunate first impression of the practice to any prospective and existing patients. If you can get past the apathetic, mumbling, front office personnel, the doctor is delightful and knowledgeable.
Update: I called today to ask if the doctor had any cancellations so that I can be seen sooner for an urgent matter. A different person took my call today, and she was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
Dr. McGetrick is definitely worth the wait.
She takes her time listens carefully. You’re not rushed. You’re treated like you’re the only patient in her practice., She’s very thorough with a very pleasant bedside manner!
Phenomenal experience for me and my family. Went for a small but concerning place and a general check. Dr Mcgetrick identified another spot of concern. A biopsy revealed an excision was required. Another family member went a few days later and had a small area of concern. We might have missed these issues without a trained eye. Our experience underscores the importance of regular skin checks. Next we are scheduling facials with the estheticians - we could certainly use a refresh! Dr Mcgetrick and staff are kind, informative, skilled, and professional. We highly recommend Premier Dermatology.
