Dee and her team do a fantastic job.The Molly Maids administrative team on the other hand I would give 1 star. They are supposed to call the morning my house cleaning is scheduled with a 2 hour window. I have been with this service for months and they have NEVER called me with a time.I have also asked to have the same team each month. I have to threaten to cancel the service to get the same people back each month.Again, my housekeeper, Dee is definitely fantastic.

My wife has bad asthma and is affected by chemical fumes particularly scented cleaners. First cleaning was good. Then we had a couple of mishaps with residual fragrances the next two times. The next cleaning was fine, but we were particularly happy with the job our most recent cleaners did. Thank you.

The team was very efficient, thorough and pleasant. The house looks great; they cleaned everything and also tidied up everything. It was a very good experience, and I would rate Molly Maid highly.
