My wife and I went for haircuts, we were new clients. We received a very professional double sized post card in the mail. The location was particularly nice so we expected a high level of service and a bit of class. We were extremely disappointed. No offer of water, no magazines in waiting area, a display of Moroccan hair products, which was advertised, completely empty. The hairdresser looked a bit unkempt and her hair was not styled at all…pulled back in a sloppy pony tail…not a good sign. Adrienne is amazing! Great Colorist & Stylist every time. Very professional, always prompt, fun to go for services & enjoy the pampering! Everyone is very nice here too. I have seen the Owner's & Stevie's work & they are top notch too - great stylists & colorists. I have been with Adrienne now for 6 years & am always pleased.

Wow! I just left this salon and am more than unimpressed. I got a cut and style and was charged 60 dollars! As this is astronomical to me i could see the fee for an upscale spa or a luxury treatment. I did not receive that. As far as the salon itself, it was dirty, half the lights were burnt out and the chairs were stained with hair dye. My hairdresser was nice and quick and I have no complaints about her courtesy. I was asked what I wanted then she began with the normal wash. Just shampoo and conditioner. She cut my hair quickly and then blew dried it. Thats it! So what I look for on that top dollar bill was atmosphere and luxury. No candles or nice smells, no music... read full review
