I was not an established patient, and they fit us in first thing as a walk-in. Everyone was super friendly and understanding and cared for my pet, he was so happy immediately after treatment! They are our new vet. :)

I was very impressed by everyone at Jackson Veterinary Hospital! I was hesitant to try a vet at a large practice (I was used to places with just one doctor), but I'm glad I gave them a try! Dr. Glidewell was amazing. He was so kind and gentle with my 4 month old puppy! And also was really sweet to the toddler I had in tow. The entire staff was very welcoming and by the end my puppy went from being nervous to bouncing around having a good time! I felt like the exam was thorough and my dog received excellent care, but also realistic and down to earth with a care plan that suits our family. I have been a loyal client for many years, buy all my dogs high priced food there and anything else needed. But after being billed $31.00 for a nail trimming, I'm looking for another Vet Hospital.
