This is a lovely, well equipped studio with terrific instructors offering private sessions and group classes. The instructors are all Stott trained and certified. I have practiced Pilates for 13 years (most of that in Los Angeles which has no shortage of Pilates studios), the last few on my own reformer. I have completed a (different) teacher training program so am knowledgeable about the teaching aspect. I began working with Josie last May after a bout in physical therapy. She is an amazing teacher and specializes in working with people just coming out of physical therapy. I have practiced Pilates for over 10 years, it is the only thing that keeps me in shape and out of the chiropractor's office. When I moved to Florida from California, I was worried about finding a good instructor. Stop for Pilates has exceeded my expectations. I especially love Josie, but all the instructors are amazing.
