I had a massage booked yesterday and at the last minute added on a facial. The facial was with Sophia and it was incredibly relaxing, all my previous facials have been at a larger high end spa but she honestly beat them all!
I stoped in to get info on the services offered.
I was greeted by both April and McKennah. They made me feel so welcomed. They were super knowledgeable regarding the services offered at Hand & Stone. They were also willing to share and recommend some of their favorite spots in the area, since I’m new here. I can’t wait to see them again and indulge in a very much needed massage!
I have had real good experiences, is a bummer my favorite facial techs are gone. Michael is an excellent Liscenced Therapist.
My only negative point is the time Honestly I don't appreciate my time being cut off. It seems all therapists do this. I have said many times to at least stop 2m8n not 10 min and please start on time I don't need 10 min to start either so about 15-20 are taken off from every 60 min sess.
