My contractor hired Griffin during a bathroom renovation. Somehow the bin left rust on the driveway. The contractor contacted Griffin, and the owner, David, came out himself to take care of it. I thought he was just going to take care of it and leave, but he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied. He even pressure washed my dirty car!

I recently moved and needed a dumpster as we cleaned out the house. Griffin Waste team was always very responsive in answering any questions and delivered right on time. My move ran over and I needed an extra day and they were very accommodating. There were a few small marks on the driveway after pick-up, but I mentioned it to David and he came over and power washed it and it looks better than new. 5 Star customer service and I will gladly use again.
