This review is actually from Linda Ward (Bill’s wife) My brother recently passed & his body was taken to Craig for cremation. My niece arranged a time for us to go to Craig’s & spend some time with him before he was cremated.
I somehow misinterpreted the time we could go & we arrived hours before we should have been there.
Justin was so accommodating towards us. We inconvenienced them but he made a way for us to spend time with our brother.
It turned into a very personal, private, meaningful time for us to say goodbye. More than we had hoped for.

From the first call to my last visit with them, Craig Funeral Home was so professional and respectful and caring. They met every need we had, and we would definitely recommend them.
At a time where we needed support the most, we turned to Craig Funeral Home of St-Augustine. Taylor Sawyer, the funeral director, provided excellent service! Patient, kind, compassionate and comforting, she knew exactly what to do and guided us through every step. I cannot image anyone better to have helped us through these difficult times.
