First, my technician called and stated he could come earlier than the appointment. I was glad and he came about 10 minutes after he called. He identified himself but now I don’t recall this black man’s name, however, he was in and out about 30 minutes. He did an EXCELLENT job on unclogging my AC drain. THANK YOU SNYDER! Please send him back the next time. ??
