I went in yesterday, January 16th to pick up my new glasses. I was sat down with Jo, the Optician, to get the glasses fit to my face. She was very sweet, making sure everything was perfect. She didn't make me feel bad about not liking an adjustment, and explained out everything she did. She showed me how to properly care for my glasses and gave me some visuals on what to do if certain situations occur. She was just such a genuinely lovely person and made my experience much easier. Our optician Jo was able to help us right away during a rush of some different groups and was able to square away everything we needed down to sizing our glasses and getting us set up with some cleaning kits while recommending some tips with our contacts and new pair of glasses within just a few minutes 👍👍
