I’ve had a bi-yearly service contract with all American Air since I moved to St. Augustine in 2022. Everyone I have spoken to at the company has been very professional and very pleasant. I just had my service done yesterday by Kareem. He was very professional and very efficient. And a very, very nice gentleman. We had several things in common and had a lovely little conversation about them. I have nothing but good to say about all American Air and their technicians. They run a very professional operation. Being a previous business owner and homeowner it’s really refreshing to do business with a company like American Air.
Had Terry C from All American Air come do my 6 month clean on my unit. Terry started out with a very courteous phone call ahead of time letting me know he was running late. I told him no problem at all. When he got here, he was very professional, very courteous, very jovial did an excellent job, took his time cleaning the unit and making sure everything was good to go. If you can ask for an employee to come to your house, it would be Terry.
