I just had my maintenance completed and the tech was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pointed out some things that were looking to be in poor shape and also gave me some tips on ways I could maintain my system each month. Pricing was fair and I felt that they took the time to tell me things I needed to know. Much appreciated.
Thank goodness for All American Air on 312 in St. Augustine. Yesterday, I woke up in a WARM house. I called my company, All American Air, and within two hours, Dave, the tech, was at my house replacing a blower motor and my house was starting to cool down! Great service. Great company. Just wanted to give a “shout out”.
I have used All American Air for almost 20 years. They even replaced my unit in 2008 in another house. I have been very happy with my maintenance contact and transferred it to my new house when I moved. During my service yesterday I was informed my capacitor was not working at 100 percent. I didn't have a problem with that until they quoted me a price of $355 to replace it. The part cost $20 on Amazon and 10 minutes for labor! That is absolutely the biggest ripoff of all time. Shame on you All American Air for trying to con an elderly woman!
