When placing stone pavers I recommend you visit Weeki Wachee Stone Yard to buy their crush concrete sand mix for your base material especially if you live in Hernando County and surrounding areas where most of the area existing material is a silty sand material. The base they provide gives you a solid foundation for placement of your pavers with a small amount of compaction required. I have used strictly mason sand base material in the past and not have had good long term results, even after compaction. Mason sand is only good to be use for elevation leveling once your base material is in place.

We had a patio installed and it came out better than we could have imagined. The stonework is beautiful. Bart and Mike were very professional and easy to work with. We plan on using them again for our next project. We highly recommend Weeki Wachee Stone Yard.

The most straight forward purchase I have ever made! The office was a little odd looking walking in and I wouldn't say they are the most with customer service but we love our rock and they were quick and nice! It was just a little confusing after we got the rock where to go and wait but it was ok. This is definitely the best way to do big landscaping projects!
