In 2014, my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a house on the water. We randomly picked Tracie Maler from one of her signs. Little did we know she would become a huge part of our lives. Since then we have used her 2 more times to sell our main home and buy another property of which we just closed on Halloween. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing! I reached out to Tracie Maler for a partnership to help my client in Florida. I had read her reviews and that is why I selected her. Our initial conversation was wonderful. Both of us were on the same page with everything. The listing and sale proceeded pretty much the way your fantasy perfect deal would go. Very few issues. There is nothing really to report. A little bit of excitement during the extension due to a service provider getting sick, and she took care of it. I wish I could duplicate Tracie and work with her in every state. She is a joy to work with and I really will miss her. Florida is lucky to have her!
