Have been a customer of Senica Air Conditioning for several years. The company is very responsive and reliable and can be depended upon. Service Technician Jerry is very knowledgable, personalable and professional every time he has been on the job at our house. Jerry cares about his job, the company he works for and most of all about us his customer. He always takes time to explain problems and fixes so that we better understand our system. I highly recommend Senica and Jerry. He is a great company representative.
My A/C unit went out on Sunday afternoon (of course ) , I contacted my old provider Revolution but they could not service me until Wednesday with the temps(unacceptable) and also called Bayonet that advertises same day service for emergencies but also did not come thru(false advertisement ) . I decided to call Senica and they came thru for me in a matter of hours . I appreciate your prompt response. I recommend them 100 percent . New loyal customer. Thank you .
Senica air-conditioning installed the A/C system in my home originally. I have used them for my regular preventative maintenance for the last 3 years and I have not been disappointed. They provide prompt, courteous, professional service. I am happy with their work
