From the moment I walked in everything was welcoming. As my first time at the salon I was nervous but my stylist, Susie was awesome! She listened to my requests and made sure my hair was perfect!! Throughout my appointment I watched the salon team work together and help each other out. Even something as simple as the receptionist walking around the counter to hand me my product purchase after my appointment instead of handing to me over the counter was awesome. Amazing costumer service and such a great salon. I can’t wait for my refresh in October with Susie.
Love this place!! I take my hair care very serious and always have to the point I visited the salons in Florida and read reviews before selecting Salon 427. Originally had Susie as my hair person but because of my constant work schedule got fitted with Tanner. Susie was great as well so my retired wife was able to stay with Susie.
Tanner is a great fit for me for my crazy schedule and we have some things in common so chatting is easy. Tanner changed my hair style to make it easier on me and it’s soooo cute. I’ve been going to Gina Caridi for over a year now and she is truly AMAZING. Her talent as both a hair stylist and waxer is unmatched she’s precise, consistent, and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. Gina listens, cares, and delivers every single time. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does, Gina is your girl. Highly recommend!
