Brought my boy Atticus to Romi's for the first time and they truly understand everything you ask of them, very professional very compassionate and understanding. I'm super pleased with Atticus's results and he seemed to do so well with them even though he is usually nervous and anxiety! I found the perfect groomers for him, took a few tries at a few different places and Romi's hands down will be our go to! Thank you so much for being so good to all these pups!

We took our King Charles Cavalier in for grooming today. What a wonderful experience. Erica had to fix Sammys last groom which was just awful. Such a clean and welcoming place. Sammy looks great. Already have two more appointments made for the future.

I've been bringing my senior dog here for over a year and the way this family treats my dog like family is unmatched. My little Shih Tzu comes out looking perfect every time and you can tell by her demeanor that she was treated right the whole way through start to finish.
