I had a last minute trip and needed to board my 2 dogs, a 90lb pit and an 18lb pug. I was able to room them together so they wouldn't be alone. They werent locked in a cage the entire time and had SO much outdoor yard time, compared to other places I've had to use in the past (in Ohio). They were so loved and when I checked in on them, I received videos and pictures. I knew they were safe and happy and loved while I was away by Babs and her team and I will never use anyone else. Even though I live a little less than an hour away now, they will always go to Puppy Luv Grooming and it is worth the drive to know they are taken care of.

It's been a few years since I have been here, and only went a few times in the past. I have always been happy with their services. I called to check & see when they could get my cat Mocha in for a nail trim. The first thing she asked when I told her who I was, was how my sweet Coco was. Unfortunately, she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but just that they remembered who my girl was without having been there in a few years, meant everything. And she was able to get my cat Mocha in for a quick & easy nail trim the following day. Thank you!!

Our dog Emma has been going here for years and she has only ever liked this location. She’s a small Chinese crested and never liked nail trims but always is as comfortable as she can be here.
