I am very pleased with this haircut from Michelle at Penny's cuts. Curly hair is not that simple and most hairdressers cut it too short, not understanding the curl. I was taking a risk just walking in and asking for help with an old badly layered cut. I was happily surprised to get just what I needed from Michelle. Plus she took me as a walk-in. It was just when they opened at 8:30. I will definitely go back. The price was only $10! I gave her $15. I would have given her $20 if I had it on me.Services: Haircut
