In the past few weeks I had to go to this Optical Outlet to get glasses for my son and recently for myself. Both times my son and I treated by a staff that were courteous Pleasant and professional. Doctor staff gave me a very thorough examination and he took the time to explain to me the condition of my eyes. I can't say that I have had this experience with other optometrist hence a 25 mile drive to this particular location. When I arrived I was greeted by two lovely young ladies Miss Aliya and Miss Erica. Where I sign my name and was given answers to almost all of my questions. The young ladies also help me pick a nice pair of frames I felt very comfortable. On the day of pickup I sat with Miss Leanne who adjusted my frames explain basic care for my glasses and again extremely courteous polite and very professional. I recommend this particular Optical Outlet above all of the others that I have been to because of the staff from the doctor the ladies at the desk to the young ladies at the reception who do the intake. I rate this location the doctor and all of the staff five stars all the way. I am extremely satisfied and I will be getting my eye care at this location from now on.
