Have used this office off and on for. Years now but it's really the only ones who take my insurance at this moment so I do t have much of a choice on a fixed income. Last year I had my eyes checked to go back from glasses for a year to contacts again. The first exam I was told my one eye had changed a lot and now both eyes we're the same script. The didn't have my script in the brand of contacts I wanted so the Dr put a slightly stronger prescription in my eyes until mine could be ordered and come in. Not sure what happen but my glasses ordered never got sent in by them after my appointment.So I went to check on my order status 2 weeks later couldn't find no info. Called store twice during store hours, got no answer. Check my bank account, they took the money out. So called corporate number and they were able to fix the issue but with no explanation on why the order was not sent in but the money taken out. All in all took a month to get my glasses. Place is ran like a DMV, always crowded. Will say when I was there the workers where friendly.
