I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Renee. She helped me recognize my own self-sabotaging behaviors and how little I was prioritizing myself. For a long time, I was focused on everyone else’s happiness and couldn’t understand why I felt so unhappy inside. She guided me to see that I have control over my own happiness, and that was life-changing for me.
We also did couples counseling, which made a huge difference in my marriage. My husband and I have been together 35 years, and we had fallen into a deep rut. We were both unhappy and constantly blaming each other, with conversations often turning into attacks instead of real communication.... read full review
Ms. Renee has been really helpful and easy to talk to. She listens without judging and makes it comfortable for me to open up. I’ve been understanding myself more and actually seeing progress since starting with her. Its all very calm and genuine. I appreciate how she guides me without making me feel pushed or pressured. She’s definitely a great therapist.
Ms.Renee is great, she’s caring and straight to the point. She listens to you and helps you work through everything bothering you, weather it be from the beginning to whatever is taking a toll on you now. Highly recommend. It took me along time to finally talk to someone but I very glad it’s her..
