The first time we used him, I was there and all was great! The 2nd time I used him and was not in state, he left a lot of water in the garage and watered down boxes of my newer tiles... just awful. Plus would not send me pictures. I had to send a neighbor over to sweep out the garage and remove the tiles from the boxes to dry them out. When I called him and sent him the pictures from my neighbor, he was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Yes, I paid him and said he no longer had access to our community as I reported him to the HOA, along with pictures and his rude texts. I would never recommend or use him again... total shame.

Easy setup, clear communication, no hassles, easy to pay, would definitely use again.

Dave was awesome. Showed up on time and took care of my patio, walls and driveway. He took special care as to not damage my plants or lawn while he had a tough issue with my wall that is constantly stained from the sprinklers and my dogs jumping against the wall with muddy paws. He also did my moms house and she thought he was perfect compared to the last guy she used. He took special care around her orchids. He also took the time to wash out her accordian shutter tracks. I hadn't even thought of that. Now when I have to close them they will slide easier and not have leaves jammed in the tracks.
