I highly recommend Butler Heating & A/C in Spring Hill. I had trouble with my air conditioner late yesterday. I called the office at approximately 4:30pm and spoke to a very kind and professional lady. She knew my AC was out and tried to schedule me for a service call as soon as possible. She gave me an early time for this morning. The technician, whose name was Irving, contacted me immediately and was here promptly by 8:30am. He immediately went to work. He could not be any more professional and polite. He was also training a young lady whose name was Emily. It’s nice to see a company training young women in this field! Both Irving and Emily worked tediously on my ac unit. Irving explained every step of the way and what he was doing. I ended up needing a new fan motor. Their pricing is very reasonable! I give them a 5 star rating!
I have to give a good review as my AC unit has been acting up so I called them last week on a Monday morning and they came(Scott) and he ran some diagnostics and couldn’t find anything wrong and of course about 15 minutes after checking a few things the unit decided to work…go figure… no worries as I paid him and he left. Today the same thing happened and the unit decided to quit….I called again and Mike came out and diagnosed eveything….he had his voltage checker on every wire and couldn’t figure it out until he wanted to check one last thing…the thermostat…sure enough that was bad….so I ran to Home Depot and purchased a new one and called him back and he came right over and installed it and sure enough that was the issue…the good thing is he wanted no money as I was ready to pay for his time but he refused….what a good guy to have working for your company…when my system takes a dump I will go to Butler for my new system….thanks Mike!
I highly recommend Butler Heating & A/C. This past winter when the temps dropped our unit froze and they came out found the problem and got us back up and warm. This week when the temps soared and it wasn't cooling enough they came out today, got here early. The tech found the pin hole and got everything fixed. The house is nice and cool again. All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for keeping us comfortable no matter the weather. Price is very reasonable.
