I started the program 3 months ago at the Spring Hill location and it has been the best decision I have made. I am already down 30 + pounds and feel amazing. I have been on other programs over the years that have always resulted in me giving up when I hit a bump in the plan as I don't always know how to navigate that. I’ve been going to Batista Weight Loss for 3 months and I always have a great experience. I’ve finally found a plan that works for me and actually allows me to eat normal food. Since my very first visit Rishala has always taken good care of me. She devised my weight loss plan and sees me just about every visit. When I’m not doing as well as I should she always helps me identify where I could do better and gives me the encouragement I need to do better. I also appreciate her being able to work me into the schedule when I need to come in earlier. The flexibility is great. I started here with my mother in March of this year. We had been with Rishala since the beginning and she was very knowledgeable and kind. Even though my mother decided to stop going (I love her but shes a bit stubborn) Rishala continues to ask about her every week and offer positive reinforcement for me to relay to my mother on her behalf. That's more than someone just doing their job, thats someone who truly cares. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have never felt anything other than human under the care and guidance of Rishala and Batista. I have already recommended this place to several of my friends and will continue to do so.
