I had a great experience at this branch which is in the Publix shopping center. Specifically, Chris was great to deal with!
He was prompt, courteous and made the experience great.

I have had nothing but a positive experience at this facility. It’s clean and machines are clean as well . Hannah is an asset to your facility. She is helpful and always has a smile when I walk through the door. She is a good trainer as well.

Thought about getting a membership, as The gym itself is clean and fine, as is the employees even though they remain understaffed they do as much as they can, so they get 5 stars. And everything I say will be as a someone who loves going to the gym, and has been to Golds, Epic, EoS, Anytime and whatever else you can think of.
The culture of the people who go to this club, is what’s bad not the workers. When I was there several gym goers were unfriendly or stand offish, and seemed cliquish and frankly just childish. Reading other reviews, and considering who I saw there, the people complaining are old and do nothing but sit around on their phones anyway... read full review
