I brought my car in for an oil change because I received to find in the mail. The manager (I believe his name is Steve) surprised me when it was time to pay by telling me that they were going to be having a veterans special in a couple of weeks that he did not want to penalize me for coming in a little bit early and did the whole thing for free. He did tell me the inspection report and what might need to be done stated there was no hurry on those things and it could probably wait for another service in the future. I also heard staff there speaking to other individuals and they seem to be very low pressure. I was very satisfied and will be returning there for future service. The amenities there were excellent and they had soft drinks and snacks the waiting room was very cool.
I had 0 trouble, polite, up front pricing. They even text me the next day to see if I was satisfied. My new auto shop in Venice for sure.
