Amazing Experience with STK9! From start to finish, we have been absolutely thrilled with our experience at STK9. The staff is incredible—Samantha and Matt, in particular, stood out for their exceptional communication and dedication. Right from the beginning, it was clear they truly understood our dog, Murphy, and were fully invested in helping him become more confident and obedient. We’ve watched our once-anxious boy grow into a more peaceful and self-assured version of himself, and we couldn’t be happier with the skills he’s gained. It’s such a joy to see his progress, and we’re excited to continue building on the foundation STK9 has given us. Everyone at Pasadena Pet Motel and STK9 was an absolute pleasure to interact with. They made us feel appreciated and, most importantly, made it clear that Murphy was loved and wanted. This was a wonderful experience from the beginning. Owner of STK9, Samantha was very pleasant, with consistant communications and reassurance in the training process. DJ, the handler was very calm and patient, but let Rocco know what was expected of him. We couldn't be happier with the whole program and results. Rocco graduated because of his hard work and excellent training, with honors. Pasadena Pet Motel has a wonderful staff. We highly recommend STK9 and Pasadena for their outstanding dedication and service. Rocco can't wait to come back to see his new friend's. Thank you, Rocco and his parent's.
