I hadn’t been able to coax Ralphie out of the house since he turned 1 - or even slip a leash over his head without getting bit. Ralphie was a menace who terrorized every repairman and friend who came to visit.
But Ray was able to earn Ralphie’s trust and within a week Ralphie was out in public walking by his side! This man has a gift and a passion for what he does.

We have a 10 month old puppy named Buster that spent 3 weeks with Ray at the K-9 Department and the change in Buster has been remarkable.
Buster was in total control of our house and was counter surfing, chewing, jumping on people, pouncing on our 8 year old much smaller dog with reckless abandon, which I thought was playing until Ray quickly made me realize it was jealousy.

I have never written a Google review before today, but this one felt necessary. I cannot say enough good things about Reza and K9 Department’s board and train program. I have an 8 month goldendoodle who was a complete handful in public, who would get distracted easily, bark at other dogs and strangers, and was horrible on a leash. I decided to call about 20 different board and train programs to find which one I liked the most, and I liked K9 department the most because of the knowledge and passion that Reza clearly had.
