Excellent communication with the office. Devon, Danielle, and Others I cannot name. John, one of the service technicians, Is very competent and honest in his assessmentof what is needed or not needed. Installers larry jason and chi, are very competent, efficient and polite. Bob in sales is very responsive in communicating as well. Reliability, Availability, and customer service are Kron's strong points.DanielleDaniel

I was recommended to these people by a coworker. I had gotten allot of quotes and tbh they are all over the place in this industry. I'm not gunna say they are the cheapest but I liked the honesty of the salesman Bob. I've read on some other reviews that they thaught he was kind of a jerk but honestly he's just a super straightforward guy and sometimes people get upset when they are told the facts instead of what they WANT to hear. In fact Bob is the reason I decided to go with this company.They showed up at exactly the time that was discussed and stayed until the job was done. We emailed/called for a service appointment and the technician quickly determined the issue was a capacitor that needed replacement. It was replaced and apparently under warranty. My partner paid and the bill was emailed to me. When I looked at the bill, there were several other charges to include a $89 service call charge, Replacement part fee (labor for under warranty), $81 Warranty Processing fee. I called to see why we were charged these fees, in particular the Warranty Processing fee knowing full well that the part they replaced was $10-$20 dollars.
