I have seen the positive changes in this office since the new manager Candy came along. I see the care and compassionate that she bring to the office and staff. The environment is so much better when you walk in into the office. You come in as patients and leave as family. That is the vibes that you get when you come in to Palms Primary Care. I appreciate all the employee and Dr and manager who made this happen. To all who work there Keep up the good work and For Candy thank you for building such a good TEAM and I would like to give you credit for the amazing work that you have done for the office.

Don't expect to be able to make a payment online. Their Invoice list a website, which goes somewhere else and then doesn't work. The pay by phone option works verbally, not with by typing numbers, so it takes a lot of time to use. Lack of doctor retention is also an issue.
