My husband Joe Mendoza was admitted for a procedure on 01/21/2026, due to elevated potassium procedure was rescheduled for next day 1/22 /2026 according to nurse in charge they rescheduled for 1/23/2026 because they had unexpected emergency that where priorities. He had to stay overnight because of the procedure protocol. He had great experience with the nurses and their assistance they are very professional except for the nurse in charge of room 555 her name is Nicole. We only saw her twice my husband asked for his medication according to her she went to get them and she never came back he had to ask the nurse from the next shift at 10 pm and she came immediately with the medications Also wanted to let you know that Tony the CP for room 555 did a great job, very professional and friendly.

I am so so so happy that I found the best physical therapist I have ever encountered . Her name is Alexandra Suárez . I had a very big shoulder surgery in August named a reverse shoulder operation. My home therapy was horrible and it was not until I began South Miami Physical Therapy, that I noticed a dramatic change on shoulder range of motion . Her professional demeanor sets her apart from other therapist I have encountered through out my life . Thank you so much Alexandra for giving me hope and all that you have done for my recovery. As I am a senior I feel I need a little more therapy to fully recover and I’ll continue to go until Alexandra discharges me .

Very impressed with this hospital. The ER was quick and soon my loved one was in the hands of a very attentive staff, clean facilities and rooms, and exceptional care. Their team of nurses and doctors provided excellent bedside manner and support.
