Maggie and Alex are THE BEST! I travel over an hour once a week from Ft Lauderdale, passing dozens of trainers and coaches on the way there, and it is totally worth it! After working with quite a few coaches over the years never getting any real results, I can honestly say these guys are at the top of their game. They made my dream of becoming a figure competitor a reality through their training, nutrition, and posing program. All under one roof which is awesome! Super down to earth, professional, attentive, and dedicated. The facility is clean, has everything need, and easy parking. Highly recommend if you are serious about getting to the next level!
