I have been going to Isabel since 2007, and I am always happy and confident with my haircut. From the moment you walk in, I feel like part of their family—a very welcoming and comfortable group of people. Renato, the owner, is a class act.

I have been coming to LVS for about ten years for highlights with Isabelle. My co-worker recommended I try Isabelle, as all of her nieces were very loyal to her. Color normally turns my hair brassy, and Isabelle manages to keep that problem at bay. Last month three different strangers told me they liked the color of my hair. It's just an ordinary medium to dark brown with lots of caramel blond highlights. About a year ago a natural blond friend that I hadn't seen for awhile sent me Isabelle's business card because I had mentioned that I'd thought of going blonder. She named off five people I knew (and thought were natural blonds) that all went to Isabelle. Today I was her last appointment and she asked if she could cut my hair. Usually I leave with damp hair after she's blown out the bangs to check the color, but I was going to get a cut next week anyway, so figured I should give Isabelle a try. I was very pleased with my wispy bangs and that my layers still showed after my hair was tucked behind my ears. The shampoo lady, Alaina, is great and has been there 15 years but today I had her sidekick, Anna, who has been there a year. She was extra gentle with my hair, which I really liked. Out of all the times I've been here, I have waited maybe ten minutes twice. I am always offered something to drink, and this salon has a LOT of regulars, including men, old ladies, housewives and teens. If only they had a giant free parking lot...

I feel really sorry for these girls that have had a horrible experience at LVS. Not only has this salon been around for twelve years, but everyone that works there is wonderful. I have come to this salon since I was an 8 year old, and I am now 20. Never once have I had a complaint or a bad experience. I would never go to another salon if I was paid to. My hair has always been exactly the way that I have wanted it, every stylist there has the experience and the talent to do whatever you ask for. I reccomend that these girls give the salon another chance, just because one stylist wasn't up to standards, doesn't mean that this salon is as terrible as they say.
