i love the classes at fuzehouse. i found hot pilates focuses a lot on core and glutes and stability work and the sculpt classes were more typical workout moves with heavier weights and focused on gross strength. i love ambers classes and i feel like the studio was really kept clean. i even saw the staffi vacuuming the studio between classes. the amenities in the bathroom are also so boujee i love using them after class haha
