My wife and I decided to give the personal training a try. I am very happy with this place. I have always worked out by myself at gyms but was amazed at how many different exercises that one can do for different muscles and thanks to Dariel have gained good muscle tone and feel much more refreshed in every day life. Love this gym because the trainers cater to all ages and physical abilities. The environment is non-threatening, staff is supportive, and its location is great!cI especially love the fact that you can workout and have a delicious protein shake after your workout.
