They come monthly to my apartment complex and the two techs I've met have been amazing. They're knowledgeable about what they are doing and they have absolutely no problem spraying preventatively. They also use a quality spray because after they come I'll find dead bugs I didn't even know were there. If I ever move, I'll definitely go to them on my own.
