I have used these guys for a few years now and actually previous owners used too..
Never had a issue..and JEFF who came out yesterday to respray cause of the ants 🐜 because we have had a lot of rain lately -WAS GREAT AND WENT out of his way to actually check outside where the problem was... AND ON TIME AND ESPECIALLY since he called me BEFORE so I can put the dogs away and not showing up and ringing my doorbell....
And when I call the ladies have always been polite

I’ve had Certified Pest for the past couple of years. I’ve had different companies in the past who always tried to upsell, or acted like everything was covered except the specific problem I’d be having, and they would always charge AT LEAST double what Certified charges. I’m so thankful two years ago, I called Certified and signed with them. Certified always comes out promptly if I have a problem, and they always seem like they care, and don’t charge additional for coming out. Today, Angelo came for my annual service and he was so knowledgeable and kind. Angelo had excellent communication and explained everything he found (which I really appreciated). 100% good experiences with Certified, they are very prompt and courteous. I had an issue after the hurricanes where I started seeing bugs, within 2 days of my call they came and did a super-treatment, no more issue!!
